Freelances Pool

Alongside the internal team of nine professional translators, MLI also relies on a pool of freelance translators to meet all requirements in terms of fields of expertise and language combinations. All of the translators we use have a degree in translation and/or have at least five years’ experience in the field. Translators are recruited according to their previous experience and skills, and are fully tested before being definitively included in our database.

All outsourced translations are checked by our internal team. This check is performed prior to delivery and ensures that high-quality translations are always delivered. In the same way, our database is kept up-to-date in order to hand-pick the correct profiles and assign translators to projects best suited to them according to their expertise… subject to the availability of each translator.

We have been working with some of our translators for over eight years which clearly proves that we have a successful and enjoyable working relationship!

Moreover, as experienced professionals, we willingly provide technical help to our freelance translators regarding linguistic understanding or the use of translation software. A successful translation project relies on a good partnership and a win-win agreement, with the end goal always being to fully satisfy the requirements of our clients and to provide them with a text that is as accurate and fluent as possible.

As our business is constantly expanding, we are steadily adding to our pool of translators.
